W165 is a conventional architectural speaker for rooms that need clean appearance and sensible coverage without the complexity of the Creator Series. The pivoting tweeter gives some flexibility to aim high frequencies towards the listening area after the speaker position has been fixed.
Where It Fits
It works well in pairs for music zones or as surround channels in a home theatre. For larger rooms, the W180 offers a bigger driver, while multiple W165s may be preferable when even coverage across a wider area is the priority.
