Monitor Audio SB-2 Passive Soundbar
Passive three-channel Monitor Audio soundbar designed to provide left, centre and right channels beneath or around approximately 50 to 60-inch televisions.
SB-2 is a passive LCR speaker, so it connects to an AV receiver or suitable amplifier rather than operating as a self-contained powered soundbar. It is useful when the room needs a cleaner front stage but you still want conventional home theatre electronics and separate surround channels.
Where It Fits
The slim enclosure is not intended to replace a subwoofer for deep bass. In most cinema systems, pair it with a suitable sub and choose the receiver around the complete speaker layout.
