Monitor Audio IWS-10 In-wall Subwoofer
Passive 10-inch in-wall subwoofer for concealed low-frequency support in custom stereo and home theatre installations.
IWS-10 is designed for rooms where a freestanding subwoofer would interfere with the interior or floor plan. The bass driver lives in the wall, leaving the visible room much cleaner while still allowing the system to extend below the main speakers.
Installation and System Planning
Because it is passive, the matching subwoofer amplifier and installation enclosure are part of the design. Wall position, cavity construction and cable route need to be decided before installation, especially if multiple in-wall subs are being used for more even room coverage.
