Monitor Audio IV140 Invisible In-Wall Speaker
Invisible architectural speaker designed to be installed into the wall or ceiling and finished over, leaving no visible grille in the completed room.
IV140 is for projects where the loudspeaker itself must disappear from view. Once installed and finished correctly, the visible room surface remains uninterrupted, which makes it useful in design-led interiors and spaces where conventional grilles are unacceptable.
Installation and System Planning
Invisible speakers demand more planning than a standard cut-in model. Position, substrate, finishing compound and installer technique all affect the finished result, so the speaker layout and installation method should be decided before the wall or ceiling is completed.
